From the Board of Directors...

Pioneer Village is beautiful, and we believe it is the best neighborhood in Leo. The original intention in establishing a homeowners' association was to help protect the neighborhood's integrity. This remains the intention of the current Pioneer Village board. We want to ensure that our neighborhood stays a great place to live by keeping it clean and safe. We also want to bring the neighborhood together by having community events.

We do live in a great neighborhood and we hope that you feel the same. If you ever have concerns, questions, or ideas, please feel free to contact us. Please continue to check back on the website for upcoming neighborhood events and announcements.

The Pioneer Village Homeowners' Association is managed by Phoenix Management. Phoenix works with your Board of Directors to communicate your concerns, and deal with vendors to set up contracts and maintain the community. They collect dues, pay bills, and manage the finances of the homeowners association as well. They look forward to making sure Pioneer Village continues to be a great place to live!
